Our program enables buyers to become local partners, allowing them to handle small orders from customers in their country. As a partner, you will benefit from exclusive discounts, commissions, and opportunities to grow your local market while supporting PaperSupplyFactory’s global reach. Eligibility Criteria

To become a partner, you must: 1. Be a regular buyer from PaperSupplyFactory with a minimum purchase of [specify amount] per month.
2. Be based in a country where we currently need local representatives.
3. Be a registered business or individual with the ability to handle local sales.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a PaperSupplyFactory partner, you will: 1. Handle and fulfill small orders from local customers in your country. 2. Ensure that all products meet the quality standards of PaperSupplyFactory. 3. Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and complaints in a timely manner. 4. Submit monthly sales reports to PaperSupplyFactoryfor transparency.

Commission Structure & Benefits

As a partner, you will enjoy: 1. A 1.5% percentage commission on all local orders you fulfill. 2. Access to exclusive partner discounts on large orders. 3. Marketing support, including promotional materials and online listings as a local distributor. 4. Timely payments and clear settlement terms for commissions earned.

Order Fulfillment and Logistics

Partners will be responsible for: 1. Managing the inventory for small local orders.
2. PaperSupplyFactory will provide support with larger inventory requirements if needed. 3. Ensuring timely delivery to customers within 35 to 45 days. 4. Adhering to shipping guidelines provided by PaperSupplyFactory to maintain product quality during transit.

Termination of Partnership

Either party may terminate the partnership by providing 7 days notice in writing. Termination may occur if: 1. The partner fails to meet sales targets or maintain quality standards. 2. There is any breach of contract or violation of policies. 3. PaperSupplyFactory no longer requires local representation in the partner's region.

Legal Considerations

By becoming a partner, you agree to: 1. Comply with all local laws and regulations related to business operations, sales, and distribution.
2. Maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information provided by PaperSupplyFactory.
